Want to learn about early stage medtech innovation and connect into the Biodesign Asia Pacific and global network? This event will bring together international Biodesign programs including Biodesign Australia representatives from Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide as well as our special guests from Biodesign Programs at Stanford, Texas Medical Center, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and Israel. You will hear presentations and panel discussions from Biodesign program directors and Biodesign alumni companies, as well as keynote speeches from Dr Anurag Mairal, Director of Global Outreach at Stanford Biodesign, and Bill McKeon, President and CEO of Texas Medical Center. You will also hear from international medtech accelerators as well as WA based capabilities and opportunities in the medtech and digital health space, with the opportunity to network with our local and international guests.

 

This event is held by the Biomedical Engineering Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship Alliance (BME IDEA), a group that focuses on promoting best practice in medtech innovation education and incubation. Biodesign Australia will be hosting the BME IDEA APAC 2022 conference in Perth, Western Australia, in collaboration with Taipei Medical University Biodesign.
